Delivery delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, public holidays, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control shall not make JUUS liable for any losses.
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
All sales are final. Due to the consumable nature of food and beverage products, returns and refunds are strictly not accepted once delivered, except as provided under our Refund & Replacement Policy.
We may provide a replacement for products that are:

- Incorrectly dispatched (wrong product sent);
- Confirmed as lost by the courier.
To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, provide their order number, and submit clear photographic evidence as described in our Refund & Replacement Policy.
Approved replacements will be dispatched free of charge. Cash refunds, store credits, or compensation for consequential losses shall not be provided. Our liability is limited to replacement of the affected product(s).
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by JUUS.
